Fun Times

Today, we rented a car and drove to mossman, and went to mossman gorge. It was a 20 minute drive to a faster moving river than we thought. It was a nice surprise when we tried to swim across and the river completely took us down. Three of us went for the rock at the same time, big mistake. I got the shaft and got pushed back. I ended up starting to float down stream fast. So I decided to try to swim back, it was so hard to go down and back against the current. I panicked for a little bit but made it across. I was really tired afterwards though. After we went on a short hike through the Daintree Rainforest. On the hike there was a the Rex Swinging Bridge, we jumped on it to make it shake it was fun. Some people freaked out. I had fun. I forgot to mention that driving on the left hand side is very stressful, the turning signals are even on the right side and the wipers on the left. We decided to shop around Port Douglas and found a store where there was $5 shirts, $3 shoes, etc basically amazing sale. Everyone bought multiple things, I loved it. It was an adventure for sure.
