The Trials and Tribulations of Tank Tops and Tropical Transformation

G'Day MAAAATES!

After a series of confusion, (airport check in, Korea, and the bus system), We have settled in to our new home in Australia. Doing the best we can to assimilate, we obviously picked up Aussie accents! I have made many new friends since the beginning of the trip in our group and out and about which is fascinating getting to interact with other travelers. The taste for their higher dollar still is sour in our mouths but we must sweeten up to the idea that a Double Cheese is going to be $4.25. One of my favorite parts has been finding shopping deals (My friends reading this, know that I have found some sweet gifts for a hto dollar but dont think I am stealing a platypus for you).

The non-stop movement has caught up to all of us but luckily this is our free day! A group of 4 of us will be making a trek out to the Blue Mountains to get in touch with the reason we're here, Nature and correcting the interactions we are having with it. My knowdlegde base about the topic of our course, Sustainable Business practices, has doubled everyday! I thank Chris Williams, Manly Environment Centre, Beard Dave and Other Dave, the Botanical Gardens, and the Earth (Not to forget it).

Cheers!
